摘要
以妇科化瘀汤为主的益气化瘀法治疗盆腔瘀血综合征患者３０例，并与以消炎痛为主的西医一般疗法治疗３０例为对照，观察２个疗程。结果治疗组在疗效、改善下焦瘀血状态及改善细涩脉方面明显优于对照组。提示益气化瘀法为治疗盆腔瘀血综合征的有效方法。
60 cases of pelvis congestion syndome (PCS) were randomly devided into two groups. 30 cases were treated with YiQiHuaYu method for 20 days.The other 30 cases were served as a control group treated with Indomethacin.The results showed that the total effective rate was 100% in YiQiHuaYu group and it was superior to control group 70%.The results suggested that YiQiHuaYu method had evident efficacy in the treatment of PCS.
