新农村建设中农村水利面临的问题及对策

Preliminary Discussion on the Strategic Position of Farmland Water Conservation in New Countryside Construction

近年来,随着我国农业的高速发展,对水资源的需求不断加大,导致水资源短缺的现象越来越严重。分析了农村水利建设在新农村建设中的地位和作用,提出了相应的对策。

With the development of rural economy, the need of water increased. Water also connected with the improving of rural life and production condition as well as enhancing the resistant ability of natural disaster. Water had close relationship with the construction of harmonious society and new countryside. In this paper, problems were discussed from several aspects including the basic function of rural water conservation.
