Since there are many problems and contradictions in our political output（PO）,especially in rural areas,it is necessary to curb the export of local protectionism against PO of the state,establish a rapid and effective feedback mechanism, promote the e-govertnment, and perfect the expressing mechanism of farmers＂ interest, combine the firmness of principle and the practice of flexibility to keep PO within a proper limit.
