摘要
针对农村中小学教师继续教育形式单一,实效性不强的现状,借鉴控制论中的自适应理论,提出了农村教师自适应专业化发展理念,构建了农村教师自适应专业化发展模式和运行机制,以期有效地促进农村中小学教师专业化发展。
In view of the current situation that the further education of rural primary and secondary school teachers lacks of effectiveness and is simplex in form,the author puts forward the self-adapting concept for professional development of rural teachers on the basis of the Self-adapting Theory of Control Theories, constructing the self-adapting model of professional development and the operating mechanism,so as to effectively promote the professional development of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.
