摘要
高校职业发展教育是一种在高等教育环境下所开展的全程化职业指导工作。高校职业发展教育分为意识唤醒、实践辅导和就业指导三个阶段,各个阶段职业发展教育都有其特定的具体内容,必须有针对性地采取具体措施,才是最科学的实施途径。
College career development education was the vocational guidance provided in the whole process of higher education. It emphasizes the educational function of vocational guidance. The career development education in college includes the following three phases：recognition,guidance in practice and employment guidance. The article illustrates respectively the content of college＇s career development education in different phases as well as some measures of career development education.
