针对学术腐败现象,提出了学术期刊应在构建规范化的编辑出版机制中,加强学术规范,提高编辑学术素养,强化管理,严把审稿关等措施,使学术期刊编辑在抵制学术腐败中发挥积极作用。

In view of the academic corruption, some effective measures have been proposed. First, the academic periodical should construct the standard mechanism of the edition publication. Second, the academic periodical should enhance academic standard and editor＇s academic accomplishment. Third, the academic periodical should strengthen management and the standard that decide the publication of papers. Only in this way can we ensure that the academic periodical edition may play a positive role in resisting academic corruption
