摘要
教师在从事教育教学活动中必须遵守一定的行为规范和道德准则,包括教师的道德行为、道德修养、道德教育和道德评价。探讨"师德"的真谛具有深远的历史与现实意义。文章从儒家代表人物孔子、孟子、荀子师德教育观入手,阐释了当代师德建设的意义和途径。
Teaching activities must accord with conduct principles and moral codes, including teachers' moral conduct, moral cultivation, moral education and moral evaluation. Researching on teacher morality is of far - reaching historical and actual significance. Current construction of teacher morality is stated from the point of view of the representatives of Confucianists, such as Confucius, Mencius, Xun Zi.
