摘要
新课程改革需要教师专业发展的支撑,新课改不仅要改变学生的学习生涯,也将改变教师的教育教学生涯。教师是课程改革的真正实施者,教师的发展是决定新课程改革成败的关键所在。对教师专业发展的内涵以及策略进行必要的探讨将有助于教师专业素质、专业技能的提高。
students＇ discussion The new curriculum reform depends on the teacher career development. The reform not only changes learning but also changes teachers＇ teaching. Teachers play an important role in the reform. A brief is made on connotation of the teachers＇ career development and the strategy.
