肺诺卡菌感染1例报告并文献复习

Pulmonary Nocardiosis: A Case Report and Literature Review

目的:探讨肺诺卡菌感染的临床表现、影像学特点及相关实验室诊断方法,提高对诺卡菌的认识,减少误诊。方法:报告1例肺诺卡菌感染患者的临床资料、影像学特点、实验室检验和治疗情况,并复习相关国内外文献。结果:该病临床无特异性,影像学检查显示双肺多发空洞,结节状及片状高密度阴影,容易误诊,诊断主要依据细菌学检验。结论:诺卡菌病是由诺卡菌引起的一种少见但严重的感染,细菌学检验能提供准确的诊断依据。治疗主要采用复方磺胺甲恶唑,疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical and radiological characteristics and laboratory diagnosis of pulmonary nocardiosis,to improve the recognization and decrease the misdiagnosis of this disease. Method：The clinical feature, radiological characteristics,laboratory diagnosis and treatment were reported in one ease of pulmonary noeardiosis with review of related literature. Results;The disease was without specific clinical feature. A computer tomography （CT） scan of chest showed multiple cavitary nodule and lamellar high-density shadow in both lungs, which was easily to misdiagnose. The most precise diagnosis could be provided by bacteriology examination. Conclusion：Pulmonary nocardiosis is a rarely specific infection and the diagnosis is based on the bacteriology examination. The lesion are improved after the therapy of SMZ-TMP for injection.
