摘要 目的观察48周龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心脏β肾上腺素受体(β-AR)及其亚型的改变。方法:放射配体结合实验和离体左心房收缩功能实验。结果:SHR心脏β-AR密度较同龄Wistar大鼠上调27%,且为β1与β2-AR同等程度上调;β-AR及其亚型介导的高体左心房正性变力效应较Wistar大鼠无显著性差异。结论:SHR虽心脏β-AR数量增加,但β-AR的功能效应并无改变。 Objective: The alterations of cardiac β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR) and its subtypes in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR, 48 weeks old) were observed. Methods: radioligand binding assay andfunctional experiment of isolated perfused left atria were mesured. Results:the density of the cardic totalβ-AR was upregulated by approximately 27% in SHR compared with Wistar rats and both β1-and β2-ARwere increased to the same extent. The positive inotropic effect induced by AAR and subtypes in isolated perfused atria were not significantly different between SHR and age-matched Wistar rats. Conclusion: The density of cardiac total β-AR was increased in SHR, however, the fdnctonal effect for β-ARwas not changed.
