鸡胚不同发育时期MyoD,生肌素及乙酰胆碱受体基因的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨胚胎发育过程中鸡肢体骨骼肌生肌因子与乙酰胆碱受体基因的时相表达及相互关系。方法:采用Northern印迹杂交检测不同发育阶段鸡胚和雏鸡肢体骨骼肌组织MyoD、生肌素、AChRα亚基、α肌动蛋白和原癌基因fos等在转录水平的表达。结果:各种因子及结构蛋白在鸡肢体骨骼肌发育过程中呈现各自独特的表达模式。结论:在鸡不同发育时期,生肌因子MyoD、生肌素,α肌动蛋白在肢体骨骼肌表达时相与躯干肌表达时相不完全相同;生肌因子与AChRα亚基的表达同受神经植人影响,发育早期AChR表达不依赖生肌素,可能受MyoD家族其它成员或另类因子的调节。 Objective: To investigate the relationships and temporal expressions of myogenic regulatoryfactors (MRFs) and acetylcholine receptor (AChR) α-subunit genes in chicken Iimb skeletal muscle during embryogenesis. Metkods: The transcription levels of MyoD, myogenin, AChR α-subunit, α actinand c-fos in chicken limb skeletal muscle at developing stages were tested by Northern blotting. Results: Each factor or structural protein showed its special expressional pattern during myogenesis. Conclusion: The expressional patterns of MyoD, myogenin and a actin in chicken limb muscle at developingstages are not all the same to that in chicken breast muscle. The expressions of myogenic factors andAChR α-subunit are affected by innervation and the earlier expression of AChR is independent of myogenin, but under the regulation of other members of MyoD family or the factors frorn other families.
