摘要
目的:观察rhIL-8和TNFα对肿瘤的作用。方法:用MTT法检测rhIL-8和TNFα体外对EL-4、B16瘤细胞的细胞毒作用;小鼠体内抑瘤试验。结果:rhIL-8对EL-4、B16瘤细胞体外无直接杀伤作用,rhIL-8和TNFα联合运用可有效抑制同种异体EL-4、B16瘤细胞在C57小鼠成瘤及生长。结论:/rhIL-8和TNFα合用为肿瘤生物治疗提供了新线索。
Objective:The study of IL-8 and TNF α on antitumor. Methods: The effect of IL-8 andTNF α on tumor cells were detected by MTT method in vitro; to observe the tumor inhibitory rate inmice by using injection of tumor cells. Results: The rhIL-8 had no cytotoxity on EL-4 B16 cells in vitro, however, it combining with TNF α could effectively inhibit the tumorigenesis of allogenic EL-4 B16cells. Conclusion: The results provide a new avenues for therapy of tumor.
