龈沟液天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶定性与定量试验的对比研究

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSES OF GCF-AST

目的：评价牙周组织监测试剂盒（PTM）对龈沟液天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶（GCF-AST）定性检测的临床应用价值。方法：用PTM试剂盒进行定性检测，用天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶的常规方法进行定量检测。结果：牙周健康者全为阴性，牙龈炎者63．75％为阳性；定性对定量试验的灵敏度为72．03％，特异度为64．71％，调整一致率为66．08％。结论：PTM为一种简便、快速的过筛试验，可用来反映牙周组织的破坏状况。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of PTM kit in diagnosis of periodontitis, based upon GCFAST examination. Methods: The qualitative examination was carried out with the PTM kit, and thequantitative examination was by routine GCF-AST test. Results: All of the healthy sites showed negative. The positive coincidence of periodontitis sites was 63. 75%. The adjusted coincidence was 66.08%. The sensitivity was 72. 03% of the quantitative examination. The specificity was 64. 71 %. Conclusion: PTM is a simple rapid screening method. However, it can reflect the destructive status of periodontal tissues.
