龈沟液天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶定性与定量试验的对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价牙周组织监测试剂盒(PTM)对龈沟液天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(GCF-AST)定性检测的临床应用价值。方法:用PTM试剂盒进行定性检测,用天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶的常规方法进行定量检测。结果:牙周健康者全为阴性,牙龈炎者63.75%为阳性;定性对定量试验的灵敏度为72.03%,特异度为64.71%,调整一致率为66.08%。结论:PTM为一种简便、快速的过筛试验,可用来反映牙周组织的破坏状况。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of PTM kit in diagnosis of periodontitis, based upon GCFAST examination. Methods: The qualitative examination was carried out with the PTM kit, and thequantitative examination was by routine GCF-AST test. Results: All of the healthy sites showed negative. The positive coincidence of periodontitis sites was 63. 75%. The adjusted coincidence was 66.08%. The sensitivity was 72. 03% of the quantitative examination. The specificity was 64. 71 %. Conclusion: PTM is a simple rapid screening method. However, it can reflect the destructive status of periodontal tissues.
