驱虫乐(复方阿本达唑)片溶出度测定方法研究

STUDIES ON METHODS OF DETERMINING THE DISSOLUTION RATE OF COMPOUND TABLET

以复方阿本达唑片为研究对象，对其中各成份的溶出度以同一方法分别测定，并用威布尔分布规律进行处理，求出各成份的T(50)、T(70)、Td，为全面评价复方制剂的疗效提供一种客观的指标。

In this paper, the author used compound tablet of albendazol as an object to determine dissolving quantity of various ingredients individually by the same method. Weibull distribution law was used for treatment of experimental results and T(50),T(70),and Td of various ingredients were calculated individually, which provides an objective index for comprehensive evaluation of the curative effect of the compound table.
