白术挥发油成分的分析 被引量:36

摘要 用高分辨毛细管气相色谱/质谱(HRCGC/MS)联用技术,分离并鉴定了白术挥发油成分。共分离出65个组分,鉴定了其中的23个成分,占挥发油总量的92%,其中,含量高于1%的有8个,并且以苍术酮含量最高(Atractylon,61%),另外含量较高的成分有γ-elemene(约11%)等。 Essential oil from Atactylodes macrophala Koidz was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components of the oil were examined by means of capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 23 of the 65 separated constituents were identified,which constituted 92% of the total amount. The content of each component identified was determined by area normalization method. ofthese, each content of & compounds was higher than 1%. Atractylon was the highest one (61% ), and elemene (11 % ) second to it.
