摘要
建立了柑桔中乳酸的GC分析方法。样品加样回收率为96．75％，RSD＜2．50％（n＝12），线性范围1．5～50μg／ml，操作简便、快速、灵敏度高，有实用价值。
Gas chromatography of lactic acid in tangerin orange was studied. Retention time and internal standard method were used for qualitative and ouantitative analysis, respectively. The standard curve of paeonilorin was y=2747 + 294365x (r=0. 9998),recovery was 96. 75% (RSD<2.5%, n=12 ). This method is easy and fast to operate, and the result was
