不同方法提取分离鹿衔草中的熊果苷 被引量:2

摘要 采用两种方法从鹿衔草中提取和分离了熊果苷,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)鉴定和测量活性物质熊果苷的含量。色谱柱:XTerraTM MSC185μm(3.9×150mm);流动相:甲醇+1%醋酸水溶液(5+95)(V+V);测定波长282nm。
