摘要
采用不同介电常数的绝缘材料,设计了基于表面闪络放电的触发型伪火花开关,通过实验发现,两种相对介电常数较高的材料(介电常数分别为1162和3 460)制作的沿面闪络触发器,具有结构简单、体积小、触发特性稳定等特点,用它们制作的触发型伪火花开关,放电电压在2-30 kV范围内,触发型伪火花开关的放电时延和时延抖动分别为81-39 ns、25-8 ns和77-35 ns、21-6 ns.对于耐受电压30 kV的伪火花开关,其最低可靠工作电压可分别低至134 V和128 V,相应的动态工作电压范围分别为0.48%-99%和0.46%-99%.
The triggered pseudospark switches based on surface flashover discharge are designed, and the trigger devices made of the materials with different dielectric constants (relative permittivity equals to 1 162 and 3 460) are investigated. The experimental results indicate that these trigger devices are endowed with excellent trigger characteristics small PSS delay time and delay litter. When the triggered pseudospark switch operates in the range of 2-30 kV, the delay time of the triggered pseudospark switch gets 81-39 ns and the jitter 25-8 ns for the trigger device made of the dielectric flashover material with relative permittivity 1 162, and 77-35 ns and 21-6 ns for the trigger device made of dielectric flashover material with relative permittivity 3 460. For the triggered pseudospark switch with 30 kV holdoff voltage, the emitted plasma electron density of the trigger devices is high enough to make the triggered pseudospark switches reliably operate at the work voltage down to 134 V and 128 V, the corresponding dynamic discharging voltage is ranged from 0.48% to 99% and 0.46% to 99% of the holdoff voltage respectively.
