摘要 研究了石墨炉原子吸收直接进样法和石墨炉内富集法测定高纯硒中痕量铁的条件,建立了石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定高纯硒中痕量铁的分析方法。直接进样法的检出限为0.008μg/g,石墨炉内富集法的检出限为0.004μg/g,相对标准偏差分别为:5.2%和4.6%,两种方法检测样品结果基本一致。测定含铁0.3倒g的高纯硒,测定值的RSD为4.6~5.2%。 Two methods for the determination of trace iron in high-purity selenium were studied, they were direct injection method and graphite furnace concentrating method. The method for the determination of trace ion was developed by GFAAS. For two methods-direct injection and graphite furnace concentrating, the detection limits were 0.008 and 0. 004 μg/g, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 5.2 % and 4.6 %, respectively. Detection results by two methods were in substantial agreement with each other. The RSDs of the determination results are 4.6% ~ 5.2% for high-purity selenium containing 0.3μg/g iron.
