摘要
对聚氧化乙烯/聚酚氧(PEO/PH)共混体系的研究表明,随共混体系中非晶组份PH含量的增加,Avrami指数n值由2.0~2.3变为1.5~2.0,体系的结晶由盘状生长转化为纤维状生长;成核方式由方式Ⅰ转化为方式Ⅱ.PEO/PH共混体系的平衡熔点随PH含量的增加而降低,相互作用能量密度B=-1.46cal/mol,说明体系是互容的。
Miscibility and crystallization behavior of solution-cast films of PEO/PH blends have heen investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing microscope. As a function of composition and temperature, the values of Avrami exponent are n=2.0-2.3 for PEO/PH (90/10-70/30,wt%) blends and n=1.5-2.0 for PEO/PH (60/40-50/50) blends indicaing a change in spherulites growth form platelike to fibrillar. The secondary nucleation process of pure PEO and PEO/PH blends belong to regime I. The eqilibrium melting points of PEO/PH blends decrease with increasing content of PH. According to the equilibrium melting poiut depression theory of Nishi and Wang, the parameter B of interaction energy densityis -1.46cal/mol. It indicates that PEO/PH blends are of good miscibility at all the compositions.
