Human-oriented Service for Readers——My View on Current Issue Room Management

结合高校图书馆现刊阅览室的现状特点,阐述了馆员在读者服务工作过程中坚持育人为本的意义和必要性,并结合工作实践提出如何坚持育人为本理念、做好读者服务工作的一些构想。

Combining with the current service in the current issue rooms in the university and college libraries, this paper analyses the importance and necessity for the librarians to stick to human - orientation while serving the readers. Also, the author puts forward some suggestions for human - oriented service for the readers based on his working experiences.
