摘要 自诊断阀门执行机构采用PID控制算法为理论模型,以单片机AT89C55WD为控制核心,引入电流传感器不间断检测电机电流,经A/D转换送单片机,通过单片机的实时监测功能判断阀门的运行状态,完成了自诊断阀门控制器的硬件设计和软件设计。 The Self- diagnosed actuator was designed by using PID controllor arithmetic. This head of the valve control was AT89C55WD singlechip,and voltaic sensor was used to measure continuously the current going through motor, then it was sent to singlechip by A/D switching. The all state of valve were really - time surveiled by this singlechip. The hardware selection for controller,criteria of software design and block diagram of program were given.
