摘要
简要介绍了专用机床的结构,详细说明了机床自动工作的3种加工方式,并对机床的软件设计、硬件与外部元件的关系做了较详细的论述,实现了专用机床的PLC控制系统的设计和应用。该系统工作可靠,使用方便,机床的自动化水平高。
This paper briefly introduce construction of appropriative machine tool and detailed explains three processed mode of automatic working for appropriative machine tool. This article also explains the design of the system software and relations between the hardware and external components, realization design,implement and application of the; PLC control system of appropriative machine tool. The system owns a high reliability and availability and the automation level of the machine tool is high.
