摘要
为保证万能式和塑料外壳式断路器、交流和直流接触器、继电器的机械寿命及其附件特性的试验可靠性、准确性与集成性,开发了多功能综合试验台,可同时对4种不同类型产品进行全自动的测试。采用工业控制计算机经ISA总线进行控制,按照预先设置的方式进行试验,并对各种特性的测试状态进行实时监控,试验台可实现对不同类型产品的多工位同时运行。具有测试数据准确、功能齐全、电源选择灵活、硬件线路控制可靠等优点。
In order to assure mechanical life and its each kind of appendix characteristics＇ test reliability, correctness and integration of universal type and plastic casing type circuit breakers, AC and DC contactors, relays, multifunctional synthetic tester was developed, it can carry out totally automatic tests for 4 kind of different products at the same time. Industrial computer via ISA bus is adopted to carry out control, according to pre-set mode to carry out tests and as well as real-time monitoring and control for testing status of various characteristics. The tester can realize tests for different types of product on multi-work positions in the same time. It was provided with data tested correct, function complete, power selection flexible, hardware lines control reliable advantages.
