摘要
进入21世纪,人力资源已成为企业的最宝贵资源,是民营企业提升竞争力的决定性因素。但由于缺乏对人力资源开发与管理的重视,没有形成人力资源管理理念,存在观念落后,水平不高等问题,从而制约了民营企业的发展。因此,民营企业应借鉴国外先进经验,取长补短,采取有效措施,进行人力资源开发,以促进民营企业快速、健康的发展。
Personnel resource has become a decisive factor for successful enterprises in the 21st century. However, most private enterprises in China haven't attached importance to the development and management of per sonnel resources. They lack the ideology and advanced management so that the development of private enterpris es as well as their competitive capability has been restricted greatly. Private enterprises must learn advanced ex perience from foreign companies and take effective measures to develop their personnel resources fully.
