摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会,必须坚持以人为本,着力推进人的全面自由发展。在实践中努力把人的全面发展与构建和谐社会以及全面建设小康社会统一起来,以实现十六届六中全会提出的构建社会主义和谐社会的奋斗目标。
To put humans first and develop them in an all-round way are the priorities to build the harmonious socialist society. The objectives for building harmonious socialist society proposed in the sixth plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee would be realized only if humans＇ development in an all-round way can be unified with the building of harmonious and well-off society in practice.
