摘要
学分制产生和发展都基于一定的客观环境,实施学分制教学管理体制改革,应当从学校实际出发,立足创新,营造宽松和谐的环境,采取相应的对策,为学分制改革铺平道路。
The formation and application of credit system in university need certain conditions. It is necessary to create a free and harmonious campus environment and take suitable measures so that the reform of credit system in university in China can be implemented.
