摘要
介绍一种以ＩＧＢＴ为功率单元的全数字控制脉宽调制变频装置。采用了以８０９８单片机和三相高频可编程脉宽控制器ＳＬＥ４５２０为核心的控制系统。实验表明，系统运行平稳，动态性能良好。
A fully digitally controlled SPWM inverter with IGBTs as the main power devices is introduced.The control system of this inverter is composed of 8098 single chip microprocessor and the new type three phase PWM IC SLE4520.Experiments show this inverter has high reliability,high control precision and good dynamic response.
