摘要
采用NCⅡ设计,对玉米3个父本自交系和14个母本自交系及其组配的42个杂交组合进行主要农艺性状与产量的遗传相关和通径分析,以探寻各主要农艺性状在玉米产量构成中的相对重要性,为玉米高产育种提供参考。结果表明,7个主要农艺性状与产量的遗传相关系数由大到小依次为穗长、行粒数、穗粗、穗行数、穗位高、秃尖、株高;对产量的相对重要性依次为穗长、穗粗、行粒数、穗行数、穗位高、株高、秃尖。
In the experiment, the maize genetic correlation and path analysis on main agronomic characters of three inbred lines of male parent, 14 inbred lines of female parent and 42 hybrid combinations with its yield were conducted hy use of North Carolina design to know about the relative importance of agronomic characters to the grain yield components of maize and provide the reference on its high-yielding breeding. The results showed that the sequence of genetic correlation coefficients of seven agronomic characters to yield was ear lengthen〉grains numher per row〉ear thickness〉rows number per ear.ear height〉bald length〉plant height. Moreover, the relative importance order of agronomic characters to yield was ear length〉ear thickness〉grains number per row〉rows number per ear.ear height〉plant height〉bald length.
