深圳市劳务工医疗保险定点社区健康服务机构的人力资源现况研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解深圳市劳务工医疗保险定点社区健康服务机构的人力资源现况,分析存在的问题,为解决劳务工“看病难”提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷抽查的方法,收集67家社区健康服务机构基本资料,采用Epidata3.02建立数据库并录入数据,用Excel进行分析。结果社区健康服务中心平均有工作人员13.27人,其中中西医、护理、药剂、放射人员分别占40.46%、30.89%、6.85%、1.8%;高级职称占4.59%,中级占16.5%,初级占57.57%,无职称占21.32%;工作人员中具有中专、大专、本科、研究生学历者分别占57.27%、22.9%、8.28%、0.67%。建议调整定点社区健康服务机构人力资源结构,适度扩大人力规模,加强社区健康服务机构人力资源培训,完善社区健康服务机构人事配套政策。 Objective To learn the human resource status of community health service ordered medical institutions in Shenzhen city, analyze the problems, and provide evidence for solving the problems of seeing a doctor. Methods Collecting basic information of 67 community health service institutions applying method of self - filling questionnaire sampling, inputting data with Epidata 3.02, analyzing with EXCEL. Results There were about 13.27 workers in every community health service centre . And 40.46% of them are doctors ; 0.89% are nurses ; 6.85% were druggists ; 1.80% were radiated workers. The percentage of senior technical post was 4.59% ; that of intermediate technical post was 16.50% ; that of primary technical post was 57.57% ; and the percentage of no post was 0.67%. Among the workers, 57.27% of them graduated from secondary technical school, 22.90% from junior college, and 8.28% were graduates, 0.67% were post - graduates. Conclusion To adjust the human resource structure of ordered medical institutions, scale - up the human resource, strengthen the training, and perfect the human suited policy.
