摘要
乙酰基丁二酸二甲酯是一种重要的有机化工中间体,广泛用于医药、农药、染料、食品添加剂和基础研究等领域。本文对乙酰基丁二酸二甲酯合成的反应机理、合成路线及其优缺点进行了评述,重点讨论了目前工业上所用的合成工艺及其改进的方向。此外,还介绍了乙酰基丁二酸二甲酯的应用。
Dimethyl Acetylsueeinate（DMAS） was an important organic chemical intermediate, and widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, pesticide, pigment, dyes and organic synthesis research etc. The reactive mechanisms of DMAS and several synthetic routes were reviewed. The methods applied in commercial production of DMAS were discussed in detail. Finally, the application of DMAS was also presented.
