Two small tombs of the middle phase of Warring States Period are excavated at the cemetery of Ying state in Pingdingshan. Both of them are sacrificed a suit of imination bronze pottery ritual vessels and a piece of jade. The unit form is not only different from the tombs of commoners which sacrificed only pottery vessels, but also distinct with those of the nobles which sacrificed suits of bronze ritual vessels. According to relative resources, the owners of the tombs should be the dying nobles of gentry classes of Chu state dwelling at the homeland of Ying state.
