The universality of "Verb+Dao" structure in modern Chinese and its types

现代汉语"V+到"结构很普遍,根据"V+到"结构所表示的意义可把它们分为四种类型:"V+到"结构表示位移义(包括具体位移义和抽象位移义)、"V+到"结构表示时间义、"V+到"结构表示程度义、"V+到"结构表示获得义。

This paper discusses the universality of ＂Verb ＋ Dao＂ Structure in modern Chinese, and classifies ＂Verb ＋ Dao＂ structure into four types in terms of their semantics ：＂ Verb ＋ Dao＂ structure of translocation （both concretely and abstractly） ,＂ Verb ＋ Dao＂ structure of time; ＂Verb ＋ Dao＂ structure of degree, ＂Verb ＋ Dao＂ structure of achievements.
