对构建和谐医院的思考

Thinking about Construction of Harmonious Hospital

笔者根据和谐社会的定义提出了和谐医院的含义,并提出实现和谐医院必须从构建和谐的内部环境、构建和谐的医患关系和医院发展与人民医疗需求和谐三个层次来逐步实现。

The meaning of the harmonious hospital was put forward according to the definition of the harmonious society. And it was put forward that the harmonious hospital should be gradually built from three layers such as harmonious of internal environment, harmonious of doctor-patient relationship and harmonious of the relationship between the hospital development and peoples medical need.
