军团菌分子分型及其流行病学调查中应用 被引量:9

摘要 在军团病爆发流行时,为了解环境水源和病人标本中分离的军团菌株的遗传关系,需要对分离的军团菌进行分型和分类,以确定军团病发生、传播和流行之间的关系。对目前用于军团菌分型的4种常用分子分型技术:随机扩增多态性DNA(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA,RAPD)、脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed-FieldGel Electrophoresis,PFGE)、扩增片段长度多态性(Amplified fragment length polymorphism,AFLP)、核酸测序分型(sequence-based typing,SBT)及其分型的分辨能力、重复性、符合率和实用性作了比较分析与探讨。 During the outbreak and prevalence of legionnaire's disease(LD),in order to understand the genetic relation of Legionella strains isolated from environmental sources and samples from patients,it is necessary to carry out typing and classification the strains,to confirm the outbreak,spread,and prevalence of LD.Four currently common used molecular typing techniques: RADP(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA),PFGE(Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis),AFLP(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism),and SBT(Sequence-Based Typing) were compare,analyze,and investigate in their resolution,reproducibility,coincidence,and practicality in this article.
