摘要
本文利用现代设计理论和方法对碱性电池自动注电解液机系统方案进行了最佳设计。在设计中对总功能进行“发散”求解,获得多个可供选择的方案,经技术——经济综合评价后,确定了最佳方案。经过技术实施和生产使用表明,该原理方案完全可以满足生产使用要求。
The modern design theory and method were used to optimize the design of the automatic filling machine system for alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery. During design,the overall functions were'scatterde'and several designs were available. The optimum design was determined after comprehensive economic -technical evaluation. The production application showed it could satisfy the production requirement.
