摘要
通过对管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）的研究，提出了一套电网综合信息管理的软件系统，并在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境中得到了实现。系统基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ多任务环境，建立了人机交互式的友好界面，实现了电力网络信息管理、图形和数据的管理、技术查询、实时计算、方案规划和决策等功能。
This paper sets forth a electrical network management information system. This system is accomplished on Windows OS with the MIS study. The interactive friend interface, and other functions such as power system information management, graphics and data management, technology information inquiry, real time calculation, planning and decision making are brought about by the ENMIS.
