中国大陆变频器市场分析

Analysis of Market Demand for Frequency Inverter in Mainland,China

摘要 中国大陆近10亿人民币的变频器市场有八成是外国产品的天下。国产品由于开发期较晚,质量保证体系未建立,器件均采用竞争者厂家所生产,产量未形成规模效应,故与外国产品竞争确属艰难。本文介绍了台湾普传股份有限公司在中国大陆的销售策略、得失、及近期的经营政策,提出国产变频器的因应之道,也期望国内变频器用户能对国产变频器有一个新的认识与了解。 Foreign products take up 90% of the market in Mainland,China, which equals in value to about 1 billion yuan. Domestic products face difficulties in competing with foreign goods because the former developed too late,the quality control system has not been fully established,their components used were produced by competitors factories,and the production volume is low.The paper describes sales strategies by POWTRAN TAIWAN INC. in Mainland,China,and the recent manage ment policies of the company. The author put forward the strategies of domestic frequency inverter production,and also hope that domestic frequency inverter users have a new idea about the domesttic frequency lnverter.
