摘要
本文针对一类交流变频调速系统,探讨了实验建模的方法以及控制策略的实现。由变频器构成的开环控制调速系统由于抗抗性能差而难以满足一些机械设备的性能要求,故而采用闭环控制方式。系统以日本SANKEN变频器作为功率放大元件.控制计算机参与决策,构成一种结构简单的高级控制系统。本文采用最小二乘类辩识方法建立表征系统动力学特性的数学模型,为运用一些基于模型的算法奠定了基础。本系统在控制其法上实现了PID和自校正PID控制,实际调试表明了以上建模和控制的有效性,使系统获得了优良的动,静态品质。
In this paper,experimental modeling and realization of high performance control strategy is discussed for a set of AC motor variable frequency speed control system. In order to solve the problem of weak interference rejection ln open-loop control, which cannot meet the needs of some mechanic equipment,a closed-loop control pattern with speed feedback has been proposed. Using inverter as power amplification element,personal computer taking part in control decision,thus a senior control system with simple structure is formed. Mathmatic model is established using LS ldentification method,then PID and self-tuning PID has been realized in the system. The application results show avail ability of the model and control method presented in this paper. The system has fine performance in both dynamic response and static characteristics.
