Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oils from the Dry Flower Buds of Lonicera similis var.omeiensis

目的:分析毛银花挥发油化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS法,W ILLEY138.L谱库自动检索。结果:通过计算机自动检索,共鉴定出29个组分,并用面积归一化法计算出各组分的相对百分含量。结论:为毛银花的品质评价提供参考。

Objective ： To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from the dry flower buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl. var. omeiensis Hsu et H. J. Wang. Method： The chemical constituents were sparated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC - MS）. Results： 29 Components were identified, and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area. Conclustion： This study provides reference for evaluating the quality of the dry flower buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl. var. omeiensisHsu et H. J. Wang.
