摘要
目的:分析毛银花挥发油化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS法,W ILLEY138.L谱库自动检索。结果:通过计算机自动检索,共鉴定出29个组分,并用面积归一化法计算出各组分的相对百分含量。结论:为毛银花的品质评价提供参考。
Objective : To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from the dry flower buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl. var. omeiensis Hsu et H. J. Wang. Method: The chemical constituents were sparated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC - MS). Results: 29 Components were identified, and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area. Conclustion: This study provides reference for evaluating the quality of the dry flower buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl. var. omeiensisHsu et H. J. Wang.
