摘要
环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在肺癌细胞呈过表达,并且促进肿瘤增殖、侵袭、血管生成和抗凋亡。COX-2抑制剂在动物实验中可抑制肿瘤生长。进一步了解COX-2介导的肿瘤生成及其与其它分子的相互作用机制可能为肺癌的治疗提供新的途径。
Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) is overexpressed in lung cancer cell and can promote tumor proliferation,invasion,angiogenesis and inhibit apoptosis. Studies in animal models have provided evidence that COX-2 inhibitors inhibit tumor growth. Further understanding the mechanisms of COX-2 induced tumorigenesis and reciprocity with other factors can provide new treatment strategy for lung cancer.
