选择素与肺癌转移关系的研究进展

Progress of study on selectin and metastasis of lung cancer

选择素（selectin）是细胞黏附分子中的一类受体型分子群,参与介导肿瘤细胞与内皮细胞、血小板及细胞外基质间的黏附,从而在肿瘤的进展和转移中起着重要的作用,干预选择素及其配体的表达或干预二者的结合,经较多研究证实对肺癌进展、转移有影响。本文就选择素的结构、配体、功能及其在肺癌转移过程中的主要作用作一综述。

The selectin,a kind of recipient molecule in cell adhesion molecules,plays an important role in the progression and metastasis of malignant tumor by mediating the adhesion among tumor cells, endothelial cells, platelets and extracellular matrix. Many researches confirm that it can depress the progression and metastasis of lung cancer by interfering the expression or combination of selectin and its ligands. This paper reviews about the structure, function ligands of selectin,and the correlative studies about the contribution of selectin in metastasis of lung cancer.
