Applied progression of medical thoracoscopy

内科胸腔镜是由内科医师在局麻下或镇静药物作用下用硬质胸腔镜在内镜室进行检查;作为一项现代介入性呼吸系统疾病诊治技术,是呼吸内科医生诊断胸膜、肺疾病的有力工具,是一项容易耐受、安全、微创、费用较低的介入性诊疗方法。现综述内科胸腔镜在肺、胸膜等疾病诊断治疗中应用。

Medical thoracoscopy can be performed by respiratory physicians under local anesthesia or conscious sedation after adequate premedication in an appropriate endoscopy suite with rigid thoracoscopes. As a modern intervention technique of diagnosis and treatment of respiratory system disease,it is a powerful tool that pneumologist diagnoses pleura and lung diseases. Medical thoracoscopy is an easy tolerance, safe, less invasive and low expension examination. The purpose of this article is to describe the present role of medical thoracoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of pleura and lung diseases.
