盐城市农村河道淤积十分严重,造成河道淤积严重的主要原因是土质砂性使水易于流失,工程设施不配套,工程管护薄弱等。搞好以县乡河道、村庄河塘疏浚整治为主要内容的农村河道治理工程,全面提高引排水等标准,改善农村生态与环境,要科学制订规划,分步实施计划;强化管理,保证工程规范实施;科学施工,发挥综合整治效益等。

Sedimentation of river courses is severe in rural areas of Yancheng City.The main reason of sedimentation is that sand soil is prone to erosion and incomplete engineering structures and poor operation and maintenance of water structures.It is necessary to implement river course training in counties and townships,upgrade drainage standard and improve rural ecological environment.Measures such as scientific planning,step-by-step implementation,strengthening management,standardizing project construction and generating comprehensive benefits,must be implemented.
