摘要
以科学发展观和新时期水利发展理论为指导,在具体分析当前水利发展遇到的各种新情况和新问题的基础上,主要从经济和社会发展、市场经济体制、现代科学技术三个方面,论述了现代水利发展所面临的挑战,强调要积极应对挑战,化挑战为机遇,促进现代水利事业的持续健康发展。
The challenges faced by water management in the new age are discussed in three respects of economic and social development,market economy mechanism and modern science and technology,taking the theories of scientific development outlook and water development in new age as guidance and based on new situation and issues faced by current water resources management.Emphasis is placed on coping with challenges actively and turning challenges into opportunities and promoting healthy development of water undertaking.
