乳铁蛋白肽的研究现状及展望

摘要 乳铁蛋白肽具有杀菌、抗病毒、抗真菌等多种独特的生物学活性。综述了乳铁蛋白肽的结构、生物学功能、国内外研究动态及其应用前景,提出了其研究中存在的问题及相应对策。
