摘要
[目的]观察四物汤配方颗粒与四物汤对骨髓抑制小鼠造血功能的影响,比较两者的功效。[方法]采用CO60γ照射和注射环磷酰胺复合制备骨髓抑制小鼠模型。应用实验血液学、造血祖细胞培养等技术方法探讨两组药对骨髓抑制小鼠外周血、骨髓有核细胞数、骨髓造血祖细胞的增殖的影响。[结果]四物汤配方颗粒与四物汤均能促进外周血、骨髓有核细胞数、骨髓造血祖细胞的增殖。但颗粒组比四物汤组在红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板以及红系,巨核系等项差异有统计学意义。[结论]四物汤配方颗粒与四物汤都能促进骨髓造血功能的恢复,但四物汤配方颗粒组有更显著的补血作用。
[ Objective ] To observe and compare the effects of siwu decoction formula granula and siwu decoction on hematopoietic function of myelosuppression mice. [ Methods] The models of myelosuppression mice were built by C0^60γ irradiation and cyclophosphamide injection. The effects of two kinds of drugs on the number of nucleated cells in peripheral blood and bone marrow, the proliferation of bone marrow hemopoietic progenitor cells were observed by the techniques of experimental hematology and marrow hemopoietic progenitor cells cultivation. [ Results] Both siwu decoction formula granula and siwu decoction could obviously increase the number of nucleated cells in peripheral blood and bone marrow, promote the proliferation of bone marrow hemopoietic progenitor cells. But there were significant differences in the numbers of red cell, hemoglobin and platelet, and the proliferation of erythroid progenitors and megakaryocyte progenitors betweent two kinds of drugs, the effects of siwu decoction formula granula were better than siwu decoction in the above aspects. [Conclusions] Siwu decoction formula granula and siwu decoction can both improve the recovery of bone marrow henatopoietic function, arid the antanemic function of the former is more obvious.
