原子吸收分光光度法分析食用禽畜肝脏中的锰 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]分析食用禽畜肝脏中必须微量元素锰的含量。[方法]采用原子吸收光谱法,对市售鲜品进行混酸湿法消化后测定。[结果]锰在0.00-2.60μg.ml^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为γ=0.9994,测定锰的RSD≤4.48%(n=5)。标准加入法测定回收率96.0%-104%。[结论]禽畜肝脏中含有丰富的微量元素锰。测定方法简单,结果准确,可用于禽畜肝脏中锰的检测。 [Objective] To determine the content of manganese in edible livels of birds and livestock. [Methods] Tbe fresh samples from market in sale were collected and digested by the method of violet acid wet digestion and then determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Results] The linear relationship of manganese detection over the range of 0.00-2.60 p,g. ml^-1 was good (γ = 0.999 4), with the RSD≤4.48% (n = 5). The recovery with standard addition was over the range of 96.0%-104%. [Conclusions] The livers of birds and livestock are rich in manganese, which is benefit to human's health. The atomic absorption spectrometry method is simple and reliable. It ean be used in detection of manganese in the edible livers of birds and livestock.
