摘要
感应加热电源中由于温度的影响,负载的等效参数会发生变化,造成感应加热电源主回路谐振频率变化,这样电源的输出功率就会不稳定。针对这种情况,本文提出了一种双闭环控制结构和模糊控制方法,使得负载变化时保持感应加热电源的输出功率稳定。实际运行结果证明了设计的有效性和可靠性。
The equivalent parameter of the load will change due to the impact of temperature, the resonance frequency of the induction heating power supply will also change, which will make the output power unstable. To solve the problem, in this paper we put forward a double closed-loop control configuration and a fuzzy control method to ensure the steady output power when the load changes. We use this method in the induction heating power control system and gain a satisfactory result.
