摘要
介绍了铝电解电容器实现耐低温、高频低阻抗的意义和有关技术,通过对工作电解液用溶剂、溶质和添加剂的研究分析与选择,以及对材料选用与生产工艺的优化,研制出耐低温高频低阻抗铝电解电容器,工作温度下限达到-55℃,寿命达到+105℃5000小时。
The significance and technology of aluminum electrolytic capacitor were introduced, the solvent, solute and the additive used for working electrolyte were studied, analyzed and choosen . The material were choosen, and the production technology was improved. The aluminum electrolytic capacitor which resisting low temperature and low impedance at high frequency are developed.This type of product could work at -55℃,and endure 5000 hours load life at 105℃.
